A couple from Wales have joined more than 25,000 people calling for significant changes to the way the benefits system works for disabled people.
Currently, if disabled people move in with someone else, they risk losing financial support – as their joint income is used to assess benefits eligibility.
Owain Phillips has been to meet Samantha and Ben who are keen to live together but are worried about the financial implications.
